Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid, Inter vs AC Milan, Roma vs Lazio, Arsenal vs Tottenham are some of the most prominent matches that come to mind when we think about football derbies. However, not all derbies are so even and arouse so much interest since there are clubs from traditionally football-loving cities that do not currently have that impact or the relevance for said rivalry to be on an equal level. Hence today we bring some of the most unique and uneven derbies in football.Olympique Marseille vs Endoume Marseille
Olympique Marseille is one of the historically main clubs in French football both in terms of titles (9 leagues and is the only French team to win the UEFA Champions League) and in terms of fans since it probably has the most intense fans in France.On the other hand, their neighbors, Endoume, are a small club that plays in the sixth tier of French football, so it is not very common for them to meet Olympique. Possibly one of the most unequal derbies in this article since we are talking about Manchester United, several times champion of the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League, and the United of Manchester, a team from the seventh tier of English football. Here it is notable that the second was founded in 2005, following the disapproval of a group of fans with the Glazer family's purchase of the Red Devils. Hence, both clubs share some things and are so similar even in name.
Bayern Munich vs 1860 Munich
Bayern Munich is the historical dominator of German football with 33 Bundesliga and 20 DFB Pokal titles, to which we must add 6 European Cups, 2 Intercontinental Cups and 2 FIFA Club World Cups, that is, an absolute superpower at an international level that. It is also notably that they have never been relegated from the German first tier. VfB Stuttgart vs Stuttgarter Kickers

Since the birth of the Bundesliga, Stuttgart has spent the vast majority of time in the first tier, unlike what happens with its neighbors, Stuttgarter Kickers, which, although they also have a centuries-old history like VfB Stuttgart, only played a couple of seasons in the German first tier. They are currently in the Regionalliga Südwest, which is the fifth level of the German football system.PSV Eindhoven vs FC Eindhoven
Electronic company Philips' team PSV Eindhoven has been one of the historically powerful teams in the Netherlands, along with Ajax and Feyenoord, having won 25 Eredivisie titles and even the UEFA Cup (1978) and the European Cup (1988), the one with Guus Hiddink as manager and with players like Eric Gerets and Ronald Koeman on the pitch.PSV sometimes plays the Lichtstad Derby against the local rival FC Eindhoven, a club that in the first half of the 20th century was considered more important than its neighbors, however, the support of Phillips and the stagnation that FC Eindhoven suffered when it remained in the second tier of the league system, have made the difference between both clubs during the last 40 years.

The Amsterdam team Ajax is the greatest Eredivisie winner in history (36 wins), the KNVB Cup (20) and the Dutch club with the most European Cup/UEFA Champions League wins (4 of them - 1971, 1972, 1973 and 1995), in addition to being the owner of one of the best football academies in the world.
